The context

Real-estate agencies juggle WhatsApp, Excel, web forms and paper documents. Leads get lost, mandates take hours, and no generic tool speaks the language of the trade — or of Moroccan regulation.

The approach

Rather than bending a generic CRM with plugins, we took the bespoke route: build the tool people on the ground were asking for — then run it ourselves, every day.
